Dot Painting Fourth of July - A low prep and easy activity that is a whole lot of fun! This fine-motor activity is perfect for Pre-School , TK, and Kindergarten. Students develop their fine-motor skills while having fun! They will be begging to do more!

Q-tips (or marker)
Paint
Paint tray

Q-tip Painting – A Fine Motor Activity
“Fine motor skill is the coordination of small muscles, in movements – usually involving the synchronization of hands and fingers – with eyes”.
Q-tip Painting Activities are made with fine motor development in mind (helps develop a good pencil grip)
Use Q-tips (cotton swabs) and Paint
Provide students with a paint tray and q-tips. Demonstrate an example to show that the circles have to be stamped using the q-tip as a tool.
The activity in complete when all circles have been stamped.
